Login for Reference Desk and Circulation Computers Please type the computer name and password in ALL CAPS. If the Citrix plug-in appears after you login, make sure to type the username and password in ALL CAPS again (even though it may default to lowercase).
If you use a personal login on these computers, you do not need to use all caps.
