Please join us Tuesday, June 18th for a hot dog lunch to support the RPL Benevolence Fund.  I have placed a list of items needed for the lunch in the HQ Lounge.  If you can donate, please sign up.  Donations for the lunch will be accepted.  Any amount you chose to give will be fine.

p-card procedures

The last day you may use your P-card for all FY2013 transactions will be on Friday, June 21st.  All items paid for with your P-card must be received before Friday, June 28th.  If you must use your P-card between Saturday, June 22nd through Saturday, June 29th you will need to get approval before the transaction is made with Jeff or myself.  Any purchases without approval will be returned to place of purchase.

Please note that the billing address for your P-card is not the library’s address.  It is 130 W. Innes Street, Salisbury, NC 28144.  Please make the vendors aware of this.  If they key in the library’s address as the billing address the transaction will be declined.
