printing powerpoint slides

We have had several requests recently for assistance in printing out PowerPoint presentations. To print a powerpoint presentation:

STEP 1:  Choose File (circle icon in top left) > Print

STEP 2:  On the Print menu, there is a Print What option. By default it will print slides (one big slide per page).  Select Handouts to print more than one slide per page.

STEP 3:  This will bring up the Handouts option menu.  Choose the number of slides per page, from 1-9.  The more slides per page, the smaller each individual slide will be.  Click OK to print.
